Franke Bern - Spout removal

Hi Guys,

I need to change the spout on my Franke Bern tap - unfortunately spout finish discoloured suspected due to alkaline contamination (bleach cloth!!).
Nothing in installer instructions or supporting docs. No grub screw on back of body or removeable collar.
Is there a position the spout needs to be in to pull out & remove - presume hidden lug design?

Not had to do one of these but it may be a case of turning thro slightly more than 90deg counter clockwise, and then lifting off. Or go to there web site and get there contact details and ask them how its done.

Is the grub screw not at the rear of the tap ?
Feel round the back of tap.

Thanks - checked again and found the screw. Tap very tight to back wall and just couldn't see it or get fingers in. Will have to cut down an allen key as no clearance. Thanks again seco services.
