The neutral was misplaced. I also had to replace the fuse two times after moving the neutral to where it should have been. Didn’t work with the first one. I was gutted at this point because I was sure it was a working fuse. I might have also attached the programmer to the backplate more firmly so the pins slotted correctly. I can’t say I am 100% sure about the last part. I might have attached it correctly every other time, but the key being the neutral wire along with a fuse that wasn’t blown.
