Hi there


can anyone tell suggest what i need for my shower model ( product code )

95 021 495


all that happened is that when i was in the shower it made an almighty bang and took out the main fuse ( 50amp ) and also spat out alot of dirty water, my guess is the heater element inside that tank is blown.

Does anyone know if parts are readily available for these things or am i resigned to forking out the £ for a new shower ?

Best to get a new one. Have a look how the water and electric cables are fed on the old one and get a new one where the connections can be made from the same side.
I replaced 10year old Gainsborough with a new one (also Gainsborough) and the connections were near enough.
