Galaxy 3000 shower - strange problem

Hello all,

I thought it was worth a go posting here as you all seem so helpful!

My Galaxy 3000 shower developed a problem this morning; the power light only comes on when set to "low" setting on dial, but not when set to 'hot'. The result is a luke warm, low powered shower.

The shower is connecting to the cold mains and the flow appears to be ok (when set to cold I see a good flow range turning the dial) and obviously power must be getting to the unit, so I'm stumped!

Any advice?

Check the showers still getting 230v when the power setting is set to high and the power neon go's out.
