Our Henderson up and over garage door required a new lock. I replaced the handle but I simply can't get the thing to close the locking bar. Rather, I can turn it to close it but then can't turn the handle back far enough to throw the bar back to the open position. It's a quarter turn lock if that tells you anything. It's almost as if the handle needs to turn 180 degrees to open the door. Very frustrating considering it seems such a simple job. It has to be me, hasn't it? Any ideas/suggestions to what I've done wrong warmly welcome.
