Gas Boiler

Have an Intergas boiler Compact HRE 30 OV fitted 2011 with Honeywell ST9400C Batch number=1333 4 ST2 (already replaced 3 times!)

Problem. After returning from Hols Programmer was on Hol mode. Turned on hot water and CH seemed to work. Following day turned on CH -nothing.
Plumber has fitted new programmer. CH will only work when I put HW on at same time. But once CH established can turn off HW.
Any ideas??

If you have either 3 or 2 port zone valves then I'd expect that they are not operating correctly - certainly worth checking before you start changing programmers (I'd be very surprised if one programmer had failed let alone 4!)

Just noticed your previous posts from 2 years ago (!).

It's just possible that your system wiring is incorrect and certainly worth having it checked as it would appear that you have been having problems with the system functionality since it was first installed.
