Above this meter used to be a staircase that I would like to re-build. The problem is that the new staircase would have to be lowered as there is now a passageway where the lower treads used to be.

Could the meter and associated pipes be moved onto the wall to the left below where the shelf is at the minute so I can fit the staircase in?

Who would I contact to move it? How much would it cost me? and How long will I have to wait?

Also can anybody spot any other problems with the installation as I'm not sure when it was installed?

Thanks

If moving it within reach of the anaconda then a normal corgi can do it, if not NG will have to be called to quote, BIG money

Meter needs to be fixed to a wall bracket also.

Also you have no earth within 600mm of the meter, sparky's job.

Where does all the steel pipe work go to??

Is it connected into the 1.1/2 or 2" pipe at low level ??

A few clips would not go amiss!!
