Getting Rattled now!

We had an engineer come in to replace existing programmer for C/H-H/W.
He fitted a Danfoss FP71Si & programmed the timer & all was ok, I now want to change the settings/times , but when following the user guide, the unit doesn't show the days along the bottom of the display, so cannot set preferred times for each day. Have checked the 'Installer Settings' & he hasn't indicated what settings it's on. All I want is to have heating on permanently (we use the dial if we want it on), & to set my own times for the water to be heated. Any help would be great please!

Call him back and tell him it's faulty as it is not displaying the 'days'

Just wondered if it was something easy to remedy, or if I was/wasn't doing something right? Guess I'll call them Monday.
Seems now, that the immersion is permanently ON now & over-rides the boiler so had to turn it off.
