Good evening all,
I installed a Grudfos SQE with a CU 301 controller when my parents had their new home built (a little over 3 years ago). My dad has noticed the service indicator lamp flashing, but then checked a few minutes later and found it extinguished. This is a variable speed pump set up in a 1000 gallon wet well that provides potable water to their house only.
I can pull the panel cover and look for service lamps, but the literature leads me to believe if an alarm condition occurs, the service indicator lamp should stay lit. I thought someone here might be able to help, as I see nothing about a "flashing" service indicator lamp in the operator's manual.
Thank you for your time,
Chris
