Halstead Eden CBX 32 Overheating on Central Heating Demand

Hi I'm having a problem with my Halstead boiler on CH demand, it keeps overheating and going to lockout. Boiler works fine on HW demand. Pressure in the system is set to 1.2 bar and the main heat exchanger is vented. It's as if there is a blockage somewhere but not completely sure where!

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with their boiler?

People experience a lot of problems with Halstead boilers!

To the point where few engineers like working on them!
