Help identify door seal type..

Hi,
I need to replace the door seals on a wooden multipoint locking front door. Could anyone help identify this seal type, and suggest where i could purchase some replacement seal?

Your best bet is to google door seals and see what comes up. Have just had to do that for my wooden windows and doors. Luckily I have a brand name along the edge of mine which made it easier to track down.
