Can anybody help me with the problem of all my radiators running cold !
I have a worcester 24cdi boiler and as my rads have been going cooler over a period of about a year i decided to change them and also all the valves as i suspected them of being bunged up with gunge. However the result is that they are all now stone cold and only cold water comes out when i bleed them. The boiler which is in the garage fires up fine but i have noticed that the infeed pipe which runs through the wall into the house gets hot very very slowly (takes 15 mins for a run of about 30 feet to get hot). Does the system just need balancing or is there a bigger problem ?
ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Is the GHW perfect?

Valves on boiler closed or jammed or pipework blocked?

Tony

Hi Tony, thanks for the quick reply. Did you mean DHW, if so then the domestic hot water is ok but i do have to turn the pressure down on the taps to get piping hot water ! As for a blockage in the pipes i can't really tell but i know that when i drain the system and refill it again i can hear water entering all of the rads so i would have thougt that if there was a blockage the rads wouldn't fill up. I thought it might have been a faulty pump so i replaced it with a new one last week.
