Hi all, I have a fault which i can;t seem to see in any documentation or on the web (Probably not looking at the correct thing though?)

2 of my HR80's have developed this fault i which they will not sync or re-ling to the system.

Here is the flashing symbol i get on them.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any help, been driving me crazy!

Side question - Also is there a way to switch the default (Activates the boiler and pump) to not activate? whenever the batteries go in these things is put the heating on all the time - Insane!

It is not insane if the weather is cold

That symbol denotes that the head is not attached to the body and therefore is in a kind of limbo.

Possibly a fault, or also possible that the little button on the PCB that is pushed in when you clip the head on to the body has broken.

You might have to bite the bullet and by replacements.

Alternatively look at eh HR92UK which are better.

You can turn the Failsafe feature off IIRC - but can't remember how.

Thanks Dan,

I'll have a check with the button and see if it's that!

The 2 are not in critical areas so i can do without them at the moment!

I'll check out the failsafe option! thanks
