Help with my bay window

I have been advised to post in this forum to see if anyone can help with my rebuild bay window problems. I would like to know how you go about tackling such a job. (Photos included)

First off I wouldn't replace any of the timber with plastic for the following reasons - evidence shows that property vales can decrease after fitting plastic windows, yours look like the type that this would bear on. I would like to see close up pics of the damage to see if repair would'nt be a better option and take it from there.
