Honeywell 4073 problems

Hi

i have just changed my honeywell 4073a for the new 5 wire valve

My problems come with this due to a danfoss 4033 programmer and wiring it in
i have looked at th honeywell valve compatability guide and removed wire that connects to cylinder thermostat one at junction box and reconnected to orange on valve
Disconnect wire at terminal 1 on prgrammer ( although i have 2 wires) isolate and make safe
Add link from 1 to 6 on programmer

Still this does not work correctly

The valve clicks when on central heating until manual lever is pushed

Any ideas what my problem is

The 4073a is a 5 wire valve.

White is room stat calling.

Grey is cylinder stat satisfied.

Orange is boiler and pump on.

Can you post a diagram of how you have wired it up?

Well I realise that Tony, but now he can wire it like that and it will

thanks for the replies

I emailed honeywell who sais
'Please refer to attached page 29 concerning the Randall 4033, it was NOT
the standard system. Rewire accordingly.
If too tricky , then do a complete rewire according to the page 4 with a
10 way terminal block.'
what do they mean by not a standard system
should there be a need to rewire?
it still does not work correctly
any ideas

I suppose that I will not get any thanks for saying this but someone has to.

If it does not work then it cannot be wired properly!

If you can trace out each connection then you will find out the problem.

If you cannot, and it is quite tedious, then its better to start afresh again.
