The fault is an F02 fault, the motor tacho, became stuck or jammed. If the door locks and it doesnt fill then i suspect the motor brushes have worn out. These screw onto the front of the motor and allow current to travel round the part that turns. there are a few types mainly FHP or CESET motors, brushes are available from the manufacturer.
