Hot Problems. Please help.

Hi all.

So here's the problem.
We have a combi boiler and our recent issue has been:
Central heating working fine
No hot water at kitchen sink(next to boiler)
Hot water at first floor shower
No hot water at first floor sink
No hot water at second floor shower or sink.

I believe something has failed at the boiler but not sure what.
Any similar experiences or advice?

I'm guessing the first floor shower is electric and there's no combi hot water anywhere.
