Please can anyone help me? . For the last couple of evenings i have ran the bath for my children with the hot tap on only only to find after a few minutes the tap stops running completley.My water is heated through a normal gas boiler.Where do I start to look please?

Check the valve is open on the pipe leading into the bottom of the hot water cylinder from the cold water tank (in the loft?)(oh, there's one somewhere)
Make sure the valve is not closed and that it will open and close fully as the threads sometimes strip internally and the handle just keeps turning.
