hot water running from combi overflow

What do you mean by overflow? Do you mean the pressure relief from the boiler? or does your system have tanks in loft that are overflowing?

OK, you haven't read the rules on how to post on here fella. We need make, model, type of appliance and how old it is. Going off your limited information, could be the expansion vessel (EV) is defective, or the pipe/flex pipe that goes to the EV. Anyone worked on the appliance lately, or have you adjusted any valves etc etc...
