I have an Ideal Classic NF40 boiler. I had a problem with it recently and the PCB was changed.
Its now working again but the hot water isn`t as hot as it was before the fault.
When the boiler was out of operation I switched on the hot water cylinder and although the thermostat on the cylinder was set to about 55C it was scaldingly hot.
Now that the hot water cylinder is switched off again does the thermostat on the cylinder still regulate the temperature that my boiler is heating the water to?
On the boiler itself is a dial that goes from 1 - 6. It was previously set to 5.
I have moved it up to 6 but the hot water is still not as hot as previous.
Which temperature gauge should I be changing to increase the hot water temperature?
Thanks
