Having recently replaced A Hotpoint Aquarius T/D with a newer model,we find that the amount of steam collecting on the kitchen windows has increased by a large amount.
I noticed that there seems some play in the door lock;so I phoned Hotpoint to report this, the operator rather sharply informed me that this model condensed 70% of the steam into the air.
I find this strange to say the least.Anyhow an engineer is booked to call with the dire warning that it will cost us £34 if there is no fault.
Has anyone else experienced this?
