Hotpoint CTD80G F-08 Static Heater Relay

I understand that a F-08 error code signifies that the static heater relay is welded closed, however how do I get to the relay to replace it?

Is there a downloadable service manual for this Tumble Drier?

What is the model and part number of the relay?
