HOTPOINT WD 62 Dryer not working

Hi, I have a hotpoint all the wash cycle works perfectly
but when you put in dry mode, the lights come on, a click then it stops, and the lights go off. The drum starts for 1 sec then it cuts off.

I did read the posts but found no answer to this particular problem. Could anybody help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
