Hotpoint WF540 Lights Flashing - Help Please!

Hi. Really hoping someone out there can guide me here.

Hotpoint WF540 has got on/off light flickering and 2nd light down on the left flashing.

It's making sloshing noises but the drum isn't turning.

Really appreciate any advice.

Check motor brushes otherwise new pcb needed.
