Hotpoint WM52P Brushes

Hi

I wonder if someone could tell me the approx length of new brushes for the WM52P please, and at what length should they be replaced?
My Mum's machine will not spin.
I removed and cleaned the brushes, which worked for a couple of uses, but it has now stopped again.

Thanks for that.

Is there a size that that may not work correctly?

My only other experiences are on Hoover and Bosch. When they stopped working there was not much left of the bushes at all.
My Mum's Hotpoint were certainly not as worn as these.

new brushes when extended are more like 25mm, anly less than 10, replace them, as they will arc too much and cause more grief
