As above, the nearest sewer is about 150 meters away, is there another method of getting rid of sewer/foul/toilet waste? some sort of chemical pit maybe? There is another sewer a bit closer, maybe 50 meters but it would be a straight run to it with no fall. Also would have to pass around the outside of industrial buildings with 4 90 degree turns!

Or a Saniflow with a boost pump. 
Or one of them composting toilets, wouldn't want to go in one of them with the Daily Mirror though.
