How do I paint floor tiles.

Would like to know how to paint floor tiles what paint do I need to use and what prep work needs to be done. I have been told ceramic wall tile paint is not good enough?

Did you find any additional information on painting ceramic tile?
I have heard that there are contractors that do this, and am looking for
someone to paint my foyer tile.
