How to defrost a Siemens fridge/freezer

Hi all

We have a Siemens KG36NH10GB/01 fridge freezer and need to move it to a new property. I have searched online and in the manual for instructions on defrosting but can't find anything.

Is it a case of just switching it off or will that result in water leaking out of it?

Also, how long does it need to fully defrost?

Yep. Switch off 24 hrs will do. Not much water will come out.
