Ideal Excel c32 boiler problems

Help, I have an Ideal Excel c32 boiler, when the central heating is on the pressure starts to rise until the boiler locks out, it will reset but does the same, if i reset and set it on low it runs ok because it cuts in and out before the pressure rises too high,
also when i run the bath it will fill about 20cm and lock out, i can reset the boiler and it will do the same.

Goosed expansion vessel probably.

Hi, I re pressurised the expansion tank and central heating now ok pressure stable,
Hot water still locks out before bath has enough water.

One function out of two isn't bad for any Ideal boiler.
