Hi all. My old chap just reinstalled my existing gas hob in my new kitchen - he sorted the gas pipework out etc. and did a pressure test before and after (he's a corgi regd. installer). The existing pipework was shabby to say the least (nice tap connector on the hob inlet....) and the hob now seems to have more pressure at the burners - probably because the pipework is no longer full of snots of solder.
However the large burner won't light when it's on full - you have to wind it back a bit, then light it, then turn it up - ie the gas is coming out a bit fast for the spark to light it - is there any adjustment on these? All the other burners work fine and the appliance itself is all good and working - just can't light the biggest one!
