Indesit d63 first floor dishes are not washed

Program set for full washing however bottom level dishes are not even flushed properly.

Was thinking that bottom arm is not working as indented, anyone with similar problems?

is the spray arm blocked with food stuff is it rotating

Freely rotating, unscrewed it an pured water from tap inside - water goes though the holes .. however, not sure how i can check if there is any water pressure inside dishwasher

start dishwasher, when running open door quickley or set spray arms at 12 oclock then open see if they are moving

Its rotating and still bottom dishes seems to be just slightly flushed >.<

Decided to buy a new dishwasher as I have no idea why it doesn't work as intended.
