indesit dishwasher idl505 lower arm not rotating

help can any one tell me how to get my lower arm moving there are no blockagers in the arm as cleaned once a week
i no longer have my manual not sure how to remove arm

if you have a half load button is this selected? if yes and it is selected it only washes top basket rgds gary
