Program was advanced from the fabric softner setting to the next setting, which is the finishing point for the cycle when the non-crease button is pressed, the manual says that this is to be used with programs 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10.
The machine drained successfuly and after that the dial continued to turn... A reset was attempted but now the dial continues to turn stopping and sticking on the rinse setting of programs 1, 2, 3 and 4.
I have checked the pump filter and it's clear... The water drained completely so I guess the drainage pipe is clear...
Any ideas...? Is there a specific button combination to get the original cycle to complete...?
There are no flashes as the dial rotates, does this suggest that there isn't an actual fault...?
