Hi,

My washing machine is leaving marks on clothing. Having googled the issue I think it may be the filter but I don't know where the filter is and the user guide doesn't give any clue. It only says it has a self-cleaning pump and doesn't mention any filter but I'm sure there must be one!

I've removed the front kick-plate (again, Googling suggested that the filter often sits behind the kickplate) and there's a round plastic plate with four screws and two 10mm bolts. I've removed these and there's something behind it but I don't think it's the filter.

My appliance is an Indesit WG1033T

Can anyone tell me where the filter is on this unit and how to access it?

Thanks :)

The problem u got is not the filter is a scum build build up. A few boil washes with White vinegar will cure it.
