Recently had a survey done on 1970's house which indicated one of the inlet pipes was blocked. I plan to do CCTV Survey.
When I saw the photo I thought the drain layout looked unusual and to what I have seen before (different levels and odd angles) - is this pretty standard for 1970's house? According to survey the condition of drain itself was OK but it just said one of the pipes was severely blocked with tissue etc.
The inspection chamber in question has neighbours house to Left and our house to right, there is another inspection chamber further upstream inline which is totally clear and another one downstream inline (front garden) that they were unable to access.
I suppose on a positive note this would be responsibility of thames water if there is some kind of fault.
