Hi,

I inherited a Worcester 28CDi when I moved into my house. This boiler was discontinued a few years back and is running fine. A sinple 24 hour Worcester Digistat RF (wireless) is installed with the RF receiver installed on the facia of the boiler.

However, the existing digistat is really limited and I wish to install a 7 day wireless programmable room thermostat control. I'd like to replace and install the Siemens REV24-RF as a replacement (as its better than the Worcester branded equivalent) but unsure of a couple of things:

1. Will the Siemens work with the 28CDi?

2. Do I need to replace the existing RF receiver from the facia of the boiler and replace with the Siemens equivalent, if so how?

3. OR can I leave as is and synch the Siemens control with the existing Worcester RF receiver?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!
