Trying to get my building warrant for my extension and the guy is saying that my roof reqs a high level roof vent,
I have two seperate pitches of roof on which has the greater pitched roof has two roof vents. My smaller pitched roof doesnt have one.
I have been reading on vent requirments and it says that if pitch is less than 15Degress then you dont need them???(anyone know if this is the case)-(and is it worth while challenging them)??
Or is it easy enough to install a roof vent tile?
