Insulated plasterboard

Hi all
I want to fix insulated plasterboard to a pitched ceiling it as a total depth of 62.5mm, will it be OK to fix them to the rafters with 100mm drywall screws or should I be using galvinised washers with the screws?
Also should the boards be tightly butted together? It will be skimmed after.
It's my first time fitting insulated plasterboard to a ceiling, I have only ever drylined walls,.
So any advice would be great.
