Hello!
I own a pub and have an occasional problem with huge amounts of air in my cold water pipes.
When it does happen, the sputtering water coming out of the taps is very fizzy and does nothing for the taste of the coffee coming out of the cappuccino machine!
It only happens maybe once a fortnight, and will last for maybe up to half an hour. It will sometimes clear quite quickly if I run a couple of taps at full power.
The boiler system is all new end of '06, big Baxi commercial condensing, with two CH circuits and 1 HW cylinder. There are total 11 pairs of taps in the building.
Also, the rads in 1 of the CH circuits often need a bleed- maybe 10secs once a week.
Any ideas?????
Thanks!!!!
