Is a Sunhouse 2 foot tube heater exactly the same as a Dimplex tube heater?

They look exactly the same in the internet advert pics, Sunhous is said to be a Dimplex Group company and the Sunhouse heater is £6 cheaper, but is it a lover quality? See:-

I used to work for a company making parts for the car manufacturers, and they sold parts of a different quality to different clients, so I wondered if it was the same with Dimplex.
