Is water on inside of cottage stone wall normal?

Hi, I have a limestone cottage, the back wall always seems cold, the upstairs bedroom gets a bit moldy.
I can see droplets of water on an unplastered part under the bath.

Sorry the picture isn't clear.
First is inside second outside.
