Hi

A little advice is sought.

I have recently moved into a house with a fenced garden (wooden). The Lady next door is old and cannot do much gardening and so Ivy has spread like something unearthly.

I have cut back alot of the ivy to reveal a lot of damage to the fence where the Ivy has sucked onto the fence and eroded it.

As I expose the damage is there anything I can do to shore up the fence and add some life to it?

Many thanks

Lobb

The type of fence might be useful. A picture tells a thousand words

Ah, novice DIYer I am afraid a fence is a fence to me! I will take some snaps at the weekend.

Thanks
