Jeld wen sash window parts

Hi all, I’m looking for a replacement pair of balance springs for a jeld wen sash window, and a couple of other items for it.
I’ve emailed the company, however, they have replied saying they don’t have a window section anymore!!
Anyone know where I can get parts.
I feel the company should do better than that!!
