So Bob and Paul. Is there any future in Homeinspector or not? I renovate property for a living and could do with a 'cashflow' generator from time to time.

I bet the Property inspection business will become corrupt.

If the large builders are 'getting away' with slipshod work - today - How can that change?
What did the NHBRC bloke say recently on TV, their guys carry out 12 inspections per day .. He didn't actually say that, the presenter did some simple math, quoted number of inspections divided by number of inspectors employed divided by (working?) days in year...

A successful car dealing relative moved into property development late 60's joined the scheme within the 1st year ... Mind you he was an expert by then, he almost knew sand from hardcore... :D :D :D :D
