Kaskade wet room trap fitting advice pls

Has anyone ever used the Kaskade wet room trap? The one I need has a 55mm outlet, but I can't find any info on how to reduce that to fit a 40mm waste pipe. Any experience on this one?

http://www.kaskadewetroom.co.uk/bring.htm[/QUOTE]It may well come with a reducer anyway - put a similar thing in a couple of years ago and they supplied it as standard part of the kit. If not, then a plumbers merchant will have what you want.

Done the rounds of the plumbers merchants. None of them have anything even close. Kaskade doesn't supply fittings with it and don't stock any either (phoned and checked with them). I'm rather mystified how this product can be successfully installed, since presumably somebody out there buys it. None of the online videos about fitting give any clues either. They explain plenty about fitting the former etc, but skip over how to connect the trap to existing waste.

Still stuck, alas.

Standard 50mm solvent weld waste pipe in this country has an outside diameter of around 55mm which means a 50mm to 40mm multifit coupling will fit it, a decent merchants will stock something that will fit.

What Outside diameter is your waste?

The drawing in the link shows the outlet to be 55mm O/D
