Hi all. just a question about kitchen lighting, I am building a large new kitchen extension and would like to know of any good lighting options, from the look of it on here (wiki + forums)downlights are not the best idea, are flurescent tube lights the only viable option, i know they give of great light but just wondered if anything else is available with similar results that is pleasing to the eye, have had a scout around and can only find flurescent light fittings in white any one know if they are available in silver or a smarter design. Cheers.
