I have a leak coming from a mixer tap-in the picture as shown.Is this a case of a washer needed?Also if anyone recognises this tap fitting maybe I could find the specs as I don't have them any more.Thanks.(hope the picture i uploaded is visible)

You'll need a new seal kit or more likely a new cartridge as they often aren't serviceable. Without knowing the make and model of the tap you'll find it almost impossible to get one though. Try sending the picture to the guys at http://www.lunns.net, they might be able to help you
