Leaking Mixer Tap - Help needed

I have a leaking mixer tap, but have idea how to dismantle it. I have worked out that it is just the hot part leaking. Any ideas would be appreciated. Images attached

Have a look on utube. You need to isolate the hot feed then undo the hot tap side and renew the jumper rubber
