Parents are threatening to take legal action
Or get a judicial review of Oxfordshire County councils guidance to schools

The guidance compels schools to allow male pupils who identify as girls to share changing rooms
Toilets
And dorms on residential trips with female pupils with out parents knowledge

Lunatics have taken over the asylum

I'd be in favour non gender specific toilets if it wasn't for the fact that women take so long and use twice as much space as men. Not having to queue for the loo is our one benefit in life.

I wouldn't threaten to take legal action.
I would do it!

What sandal wearing, bead twirling, new age trendy dreamt this ridiculous ruling up?
If I was head of a school or a governor I would simply refuse to implement it.

Just re-read the OP and in one line it says guidance and another line says 'compels them'.
In my opinion you can't offer guidance and then compel someone. It's either one or the other.
