Limestone help /artificial grass

Hi im laying artificial grass. I have laid mot1 but it tells me to lay limestone 20mm but I can only find limestone 10mm . Could I use thar instead?

Probably says 20mm because it's cheaper than 10

Just use sharp sand screeded flat with a straight edge and a float.
We did a 4mtr by 11mtr with concrete 2"kerb sets. About 6 ton of type1 and 4 tons of sharp. Stuck the edges of the grass down with special grass glue.
